Hospitality is an essential ingredient of almost all travel and tourism experiences. Hospitality can be the core business of some industries while to others it may be secondary albeit a profitable one and an essential one.
This course is meant to be an introduction to the industry.
The aim of the course is to develop a critical knowledge of various aspects of hospitality. The certificate programme is made up of units. The duration of the course depends on the time you have available and can vary from 3 months to two years or more.
Academies and Colleges can get approval to add their own units which need to be approved in advance.
